Spaghetti Bolognese


500g mince 

500ml passata

1 tsp Lazy Garlic 

Carrot (grated)

Pasta (any sort, it doesn’t have to be spaghetti)

Onion (freshly chopped or frozen) 

1tbsp Beef gravy granules

Oregano and coriander (to taste)

Cook pasta in boiling water, and then leave to simmer while you make the bolognese.

Add the mince, onion and garlic to a saucepan with a little water, and cook mince through till brown and no pink is showing.

Add  passata  and herbs to the mince and leave to simmer , If you like a beefy Bolognese, then mix the gravy granules with some hot  water, and add it to the passata.

Once the pasta and Bolognese is cooked , serve and enjoy.
