Banana Bread Pudding
1 banana 2 slices of bread
1 egg 25g butter
150ml milk 1 tbsp cornflower
½ tsp cinnamon
25g light brown sugar
Toast the bread and then butter it.
Cut the bread into slices and line the dish with one slice.
Cut the banana into slices and layer on top of the toast.
Repeat with second slice of toast.
Mix the egg, sugar, cinnamon and cornflower with the milk.
Pour the mixture over the toast and bananas.
Microwave on high for approximately 5 minutes until cooked through.
