Creamy Chicken and Bacon Pasta


300g dry pasta

4 rashers of bacon

200g cooked chicken

250g peas

260g sweetcorn (Vegetables  could be tinned or frozen)

8 tbsp quark

8 tbsp greek yogurt

4 tbsp ranch dressing

Cook the pasta in water as per the instructions on the packet.

Boil the peas and sweetcorn for 4 minutes in the microwave, (ask a parent how to use your microwave, as they are all different). Dry fry the bacon, and then cut into strips.

If using frozen cooked chicken, defrost in the microwave.

Once all cooked ingredients have been

prepared, drain the water from the pasta and

vegetables, and mix everything, including the

quark, greek yogurt and ranch dressing, together.

Serve warm, but it is also very nice cold.
