Cornflake Chicken Schnitzel

Ingredients

1 chicken breast

50g cornflakes

1 egg

Either butterfly or cut the chicken breast into strips.

Using a food bag, carefully crush the cornflakes, and then spread them onto a plate.

Break the egg into a bowl, and then mix the yolk and egg white together.

Dip the chicken in the egg, and then lay each side in the cornflakes.

Cook chicken at 180°C for 20 -30 minutes till cooked through.
