Turkey Meatballs and Pasta 29th Jan 18
500g Turkey breast or thigh minced.
Chicken seasoning (approx. 1 tbs or to taste)
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Coriander
Cook pasta as instructed.
Mix the seasoning and herbs with the mince and roll the meatballs into the size of Brussel sprouts.
Fry them with a little water (no oil needed but can be added if you want).
Once cooked through, add the passata and simmer for a few minutes before serving with the pasta.
